Dental Implants

I had the best experience at Netter Family Dental. I had an accident and lost both of my front teeth. Peyton Larson DMD , new to the office saw me and I can’t say enough about his manner his wit, his charm and compassion. He helped me so much to get through the hard times and today I have a new beautiful smile thanks to him. I couldn’t thank him enough he worked diligently to make it happen for me. If I could I would give more stars ⭐️, he was unbelievable. The staff there are also some of my favorite people , and all of them are sweet and compassionate as well. If you want someone who really is cares for you don’t look any further. PEYTON LARSON thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart.~ MARY REEL

While regular brushing, flossing, and checkups allow many of us to maintain our natural smiles for a lifetime, sometimes our teeth just can’t keep up or accidents happen. If you’ve lost a tooth (or a few teeth) due to injury or disease, dental implants can rejuvenate both your smile and your oral health.

An implant is a synthetic tooth root in the shape of a post that is surgically placed into the jawbone. The “root” is usually made of titanium: the same material used in many replacement hips and knees, and a metal that is well-suited to pairing with human bone. A replacement tooth or crown is then fixed to the post. An implant is a very stable solution and feels like a natural tooth.

Our dentists have taken extensive post-doctoral training and have acquired years of experience in placing implants. Our implant services include the following procedures.

Bone Grafting:

When a tooth needs to be removed due to infection, it is not uncommon to have lost bone around the infected tooth. In these cases, various types of bone grafting can be done at the same time the tooth is removed to facilitate the placement of a dental implant at a later date.

Computer-Enhanced Treatment Planning:

We use ultra-low-radiation CBCT 3D imaging that allows us to evaluate your mouth in three dimensions for bone quality, bone quantity, and bone location, enabling the best possible placement of your dental implants.

Implant Maintenance:

Once your dental implant restoration is complete, it is important to keep the area clean and infection-free. Dental implants can accumulate plaque and tartar just as teeth can so we ensure these are given the attention needed during your normal professional cleaning.

Conscious Oral Sedation:

This procedure is used at the Dentist’s discretion, requires a consultation prior to scheduling, and cannot be used for preventative services. Under oral conscious sedation you will be awake, but will not remember much of the appointment, if any. It is available at a special rate of $199.00.
